Your first appointment will be confirmed with your credit card information. You may pay with other means if you like after your session.
Cancellations
Full payment for your scheduled session is expected in the event of a notice of cancellation of less than 24 hours. Gift Certificate holders are responsible for a 24 hour notice of cancellation after scheduling an appointment or Certificate becomes void.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals will receive service for the remainder of the scheduled session. However payment for the full session will be expected.
Paperwork
Completion or a brief intake form is required for all services for the purpose of safety and quality. All information is confidential.
